How to improve the efficiency and productivity of your edgebanding machine?
It’s easy, the eSmart glue station for edgebanding machines is used to melt a small amount of glue – for narrow area edgebanding machines
It’s the perfect solution if your edgebanding machine doesn’t run continuously, or if you do most of your production in one color making only parts that require a different color of glue from time to time. The eSmart station is only 1 liter of glue and a capacity of as much as 2kg/h.

It’s important to know that:
- Optionally with electrical interface (signal exchange between pre-melter and edge gluing machine)
- Pumping capacity depends on the adhesive + number of heating hoses + diameter of application head needle (determined with DURA-PUR UH 6156)
- Melting capacity depends on the glue (determined with DURA-PUR UH 6156)
- System performance characteristics depend of glue viscosity
